Supernova Bakery was started by a brother and sister from New Jersey, built on a shared love for baking and bringing people together.

Bryanna grew up in the kitchen with her family, where baking quickly became more than just something fun. It became a way to create joy. Seeing people smile over something she made has always been what mattered most to her. After graduating from Rutgers Business School with a degree in Supply Chain Management and Finance, she decided to turn that passion into something real and build the bakery she had always dreamed of.

Her brother and co-founder, Edward Cadillo, has always had a natural instinct for food. From a single bite, he can pick up on flavors, textures, and ingredients in a way that feels almost second nature. It is something we have always called his food superpower. Edward graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in International Business and has always shared the same goal of owning a business of his own.

Together, we created Supernova Bakery to share our love for cookies in a way that fits into real life. Our frozen cookie dough makes it easy to bake fresh, warm cookies whenever you want, whether you are spending time with family or just taking a moment for yourself.

For us, this has always been about more than cookies. It is about creating the same kind of memories we grew up with. The ones that feel simple, warm, and worth holding onto.
